Oats and Greens Protein Pancakes

Loved and enjoyed many times since discovering these a few years ago, here's a great way to start your healthy Saturday morning... or any day you just want some pancakes on the healthier side!

 

Green Pancakes 

1 cup low-fat cottage cheese 

1 cup oats

2 eggs

4 egg whites

2 scoops vanilla protein powder

1/2 banana 

2 cups baby spinach 

1 tsp baking powder 

 

Blend all ingredients in blender 

Heat griddle and spray with non sick spray 

Slowly pour cakes onto griddle and flip when golden brown

 

or try these Non-Dairy Style....

 

1 cup almond yogurt

1 cup oats

2 eggs

4 egg whites

2 scoops vegan vanilla protein powder

1/2 banana 

2 cups baby spinach 

1 tsp baking powder 

 

Blend all ingredients in blender 

Heat griddle and spray with non sick spray 

Slowly pour cakes onto griddle and flip when golden brown

 

Makes 14-18 cakes depending on size
